Benefits

We provide premium benefits at an affordable cost starting at less than $55 per pay period! Our medical deductibles are low, very low, starting at $500 and up to $3,000 for family. At Prairie Band, you can also customize your benefit plan to your needs. We offer medical insurance and pharmacy through Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas, dental coverage through Delta Dental, and vision through Ameritas.  We provide full-time employees with company-paid life insurance and company-paid short-term & long-term disability coverage. Employees can plan and save for retirement by utilizing our 401K matching program.

Time off for rest and relaxation is essential!  New employees can accrue up to 18 days off each year. With continued years of service, this accrual can increase to a max of 34 per year. We also allow employees to rollover up to 320 of unused paid time off into the next calendar year.

In order to maximize the benefits of the Prairie Band Casino & Resort to the Prairie Band Potawatomi, Tribal preference laws in recruiting and employment will be extended.
