Benefits

We provide premium benefits at an affordable cost starting under $105 per month! Our medical deductibles are low, very low, starting at $1,000 and up to $5,000 for family. At Prairie Band, you can also customize your benefit plan to your needs. We offer medical insurance and pharmacy through Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas, dental coverage through Delta Dental, and vision through Ameritas. We provide full-time employees with company-paid life insurance and company-paid short-term & long-term disability coverage. Employees can plan and save for retirement by utilizing our 401K matching program. We will match 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of your deferred income.

Time off for rest and relaxation is essential! New employees can earn up to 18 days off each year. With continued years of service, employees can earn up to 34 days off per year. We also rollover up to 320 hours of unused paid time off into the next calendar year. Additionally, employees can cash out up to 40 hours of paid time off each year.
